The items cannot be returned to the seller once delivered/dispatched.
In extreme cases of damaged product delivery (leakage / broken/missing items) due to transit, an exchange can be initiated after thorough verification. Opening video is needed.
No Exchange/Return on custom made and Discounted products.
Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
- SHIPPING FREE on all prepaid orders
- Cash on Delivery only available for order value from ?500 to ?2900. Shipping is Flat ?50/- on Cash on Delivery.
- We use Delhivery, DTDC and Speedpost as courier partner for all domestic orders.
- Orders from all over India are processed within 24 hours. For orders within Kolkata, we deliver in 2 working days and rest of India we deliver in 5-7 working days.
- You will be notified when your order is shipped.
- In the case of multiple products in an order, the entire order will be shipped together. Please consider the delivery timelines to be slightly longer in such cases.
PLEASE NOTE –
- SOME products are made on order, delivery time for those are 15-20 days for all over India.
- If the customer provided contact number is incorrect and the order has already been shipped, a charge of Rs. 250 will be levied. The charge covers the two-way shipping cost, packaging cost, and warehouse cost. The remaining amount will be issued to the customer as store credit.
International Shipping
- Shipping Charges will be charged after checkout as per weight of the order.
- Any Custom Charges to be paid by customer.
- Delivery Time 7-12 working days.
For international orders, recipients are advised to collect parcels from the nearest post office within 4-6 weeks. Couriers may not always provide doorstep delivery. Customs may apply based on country laws, the charges for which will have to be borne by the customer.
