We do not have a refund policy. Kindly write to us on?itsybitsykolkata@gmail.com with the necessary images of the unboxing video (mandatory) with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items / leakage / breakage or damage / incorrect product.
A credit note can be issued or refund can be issued if the issue is not with the logistics handling and there is genuine defect in the product after thorough verification of the things mentioned above.
