In cases of damaged product delivered (leakage / broken/missing items) due to transit, an exchange can be initiated after thorough verification.

Domestic Shipping

- Cash on Delivery only available for order value above ?500 . Shipping is Flat ?50/- on Cash on Delivery.
- We use Delhivery, DTDC and Speedpost as courier partner for all domestic orders.
- Orders from all over India are processed within 24 hours. For orders within Kolkata, we deliver in 2 working days and rest of India we deliver in 5-7 working days.
- You will be notified when your order is shipped.
- In the case of multiple products in an order, the entire order will be shipped together. Please consider the delivery timelines to be slightly longer in such cases.
PLEASE NOTE –
- SOME products are made on order, delivery time for those are 15-20 days for all over India.
- If the customer provided contact number is incorrect and the order has already been shipped, a charge of Rs. 250 will be levied. The charge covers the two-way shipping cost, packaging cost, and warehouse cost. The remaining amount will be issued to the customer as store credit.WE will not also be liable if the product is lost due to wrong contact number.
International Shipping
- Shipping Charges will be charged after checkout as per weight of the order.
