Returns Policy

The items cannot be returned to the seller once delivered/dispatched. 

In extreme cases of damaged product delivery (leakage / broken/missing items) due to transit, an exchange can be initiated after thorough verification. Opening video is needed.

No Exchange/Return on custom made and Discounted products. 

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

1. SHIPPING FREE on prepaid orders above ?1299/-.For Prepaid Orders below ?1299/- shipping is shipping is Flat ?50/-.
2. Cash on Delivery only available for order value from ?500 to ?2900. Shipping is Flat ?100/- on Cash on Delivery. 
3. We use Delhivery, DTDC and Speedpost as courier partner for all domestic orders.
4. Orders from all over India are processed within 24 hours. For orders within Kolkata, we deliver in 2 working days and rest of India we deliver in 5-7 working days.
5. You will be notified when your order is shipped.
6. In the case of multiple products in an order, the entire order will be shipped together. Please consider the delivery timelines to be slightly longer in such cases.

PLEASE NOTE –

• SOME products are made on order, delivery time for those are 15-20 days for all over India.
• If the customer provided contact number is incorrect and the order has already been shipped, a charge of Rs. 250 will be levied. The charge covers the two-way shipping cost, packaging cost, and warehouse cost. The remaining amount will be issued to the customer as store credit.

International Shipping 

1. Shipping Charges will be charged after checkout as per weight of the order.
2. Any Custom Charges to be paid by customer.
3. Delivery Time 7-12 working days.

For international orders, recipients are advised to collect parcels from the nearest post office within 4-6 weeks. Couriers may not always provide doorstep delivery. Customs may apply based on country laws, the charges for which will have to be borne by the customer. Your cooperation is appreciated as we prioritize timely delivery while navigating logistical challenges.
